Inflatable Beer Holder

Inflatable ice buckets, such as coconut tree ice buckets, are usually inflated with a simple inflation system. The following is the basic working principle of the inflation system:

1.  Inflation port: The ice bucket usually has one or more inflation ports, which are the channels for air to enter the ice bucket.

2. Inflating tool: Manual or electric inflating pump can be used to inflate. A hand pump is usually a unit with an air bag and valve, while an electric pump can inflate faster.

3. Inflation process :

- First, open the inflator of the ice bucket.

- Connect the air nozzle of the pump to the inflation port.

- Start inflating until the ice bucket has expanded to the desired size. Some ice buckets may have markers indicating when to stop filling.

- Once the desired level of expansion is reached, turn off the inflator pump and ensure that the inflator port is properly sealed to keep air from leaking.

4. Sealing mechanism: In order to prevent air leakage, the inflation port is usually equipped with a sealing plug or air valve. Some designs may include a built-in air pump and a check valve to make the filling and sealing process simpler.

5. The elasticity of the material: PVC material has a certain elasticity, which means that once inflated, it can maintain its shape and structure while providing support for ice and drinks.

6. Venting and storage: After use, you can vent the air by opening the sealing plug of the inflation port, and then flatten the ice bucket for easy storage or carrying.

The design of this inflatable system makes the ice bucket not only portable, but also easy to use and store, perfect for outdoor activities, beach vacations or pool parties.

4. What is you MOQ for wholesale inflatable ice bucket?

The size  and unit weight of product is a key factor.  Customized color of the PVC also could make the MOQ LESS or MORE, as 300kgs for PVC is MOQ for single color. normally MOQ is 1000pcs. Smaller or large product is negotiable.

5. What's your Sample service?

Sample lead time: 5 days -10 days; sampling fee: Refund after the first order confirmed, or upon deposit paid(order amount >USD20000),special case is negotiable.  Sample before order normally using suitable alternative PVC which on hands, provided using exactly same PVC as order may one hand of PVC cost happened normally USD500.

6. What's your certificate or Third party Audited report?

7. Payment Term?

Amount below 500USD, 100% payment before order.

Amount over 500USD, 30% deposit before production, 70% the balance before shipment.
